About the hotel

The 2-star Hotel Residencia Ávila is located in the beautiful town of Jerez de la Frontera. It was built in 1967 and completely refurbished in 1986.

Located in the city centre, near the central post office, bus station and rail station. Bodegas, museums and historical centre situated just 5 minutes walking.

The hotel-guesthouse can accommodate 50 people in 33 rooms; 16 singles, 4 with a shower room and 12 with a full bathroom, and 17 doubles, all ensuite bathroom.


We have a team of 5 people, keen to take care of all your needs.
We provide an excellent service of attention and information for our guests to make your stay all the more pleasant.
